Arnaud Ventura is the Chairman of mBank, he is also, the co-founder and Vice President of PlaNet Finance and the Founder & CEO of MicroCred. Since the creation of PlaNet Finance in 1998, Arnaud has led the evolution of the group from a tiny micro-finance start-up to a leading group working in several areas of micro-finance. As of 2012, the PlaNet Finance Group operates in 4 areas: consulting, rating of micro-finance institutions, financing micro-finance institutions and providing insurance services. MicroCred,is a group of 6 microfinance banks, MicroCred’s investors include PlaNet Finance, AXA, SocGen, IFC andEIB. MicroCred currently offers approximately 200 million USD of financing to more than 150,000 underserved clients in Africa and China. It employs more than 1,300 staff in the field, supported by a holding company based in Paris. Arnaud Ventura launched mBank Holding in 2011 as a holding company dedicated to provide micro-finance services using mobile banking. mBank Holding first investment mBank Philippines is developed jointly with SMART, the leading mobile operator in the Philippines with more than 50 million clients. mBank intends to focus on the development of joint venture with mobile operator to accelerate the reach of mobile financial services to under banked clients.

Director of planet finance Ghana
Maxwell Kuunyem is the country director of Planet finance Ghana office. As a micro-finance and development expert, Mr Kuunyem initiated his career in micro-finance with the Ghana Micro-finance Institutions Network (GHAMFIN) promoting the adoption of micro-finance best practice, facilitating access to micro-finance trainings and providing consulting services to small MFIs in Ghana. Since 2009, he has been working for Grameen Ghana and MTA as lead technical assistant to develop their credit operations and to handle the delinquencies due to rapid expansion of their portfolios. Maxwell speaks English and Dagaari.
Chief Expert Sustainability Operations, SAP AG
Heino Kantimm is responsible for social sustainability at SAP. He is co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of StarShea Ltd. Mr. Kantimm joined SAP in 1998, where he worked as an analyst in the newly formed competitive intelligence department. He helped to grow the small team to a global organization, of which he took over global leadership in 2007. In 2009, Mr. Kantimm switched his focus to social sustainability, where among other things he was designing and leading the project which finally became Starshea Ltd. Heino Kantimm lived and worked on four different continents. He holds a degree in computer sciences and business administration from Mannheim University. Heino speaks German and English.
